Gold Coast location Local Government 3 month temp contract Great Foot in the Door Working within the Local Government division within the Contact Centre providing excellent customer service to inbound callers. Commencing in Mid May, you will be employed on a full time basis from the 21st May to the 7th September. The Customer Contact team is structured on a working roster with hours rotating between 7am and 6pm. About the Role You will be assisting the general public with any enquiries that come in via phone or face to face, responding to email enquiries and responding to letters. You will then further proceed with ongoing training to be able to assist with calls in other areas.
